absolutely one of the most phenomenal local eateries in the central Suffolk area, always among the top 5 places i recommend people stop in at if they’re ever visiting this part of Long Island! been eating here for years and don’t plan on stopping anytime soon, keep doing what you do IE!
The empanadas are amazing. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to enjoy some quality Latin food. If you go, during dinner time, I recommend ordering a dinner plate.
I love Island empanada. I come here whenever I'm in the area and sometimes I just can't help but make the trip. Their rice and beans are awesome and the spicy cheese, pernil empanadas are just some of my personal favorites. If you're ever near by definitely stop in.
This food is more addictive than crack coccaine. The people are nicer than hugs from kittens. Go eat these damn empanadas you won't be sorry!
The island empanada in Medford was much better!!! Ronkonkoma gets a just ok!!
